If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, wrong preference, or customer input errors.
